It was really good. I loved it so much and would definitely recommend it. i went straight to bed after and slept all night!
I've never really understood asmr, but i gave it a go and i had a 45 minute session with Sammy after an extremely stressful day. After the session i was so relaxed it even completely cleared a headache i had all day. I would definitely recommended anybody to try.
I've experienced ASMR since a pre-teen, i always thought i was alone and relied on asmr vidoes online to relax, So when i heard Sammy did a real life experience, i had to try it! I felt at ease straight away, she arrived on time with plenty of equipment. She made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable before starting. She asked what my favorite triggers were then set to work, she played relaxing music throughout and used a wide variety of sounds and touch. I felt so relaxed and pampered, she really stimulated the asmr. To top it off, i felt relaxed and calm for the rest of the day too!! I would definitely recommended Sammy and this treatment. It was such a relaxing and unique experience. She brought ASMR to life, literalllyyyy. Thanks so much, Gemma.
